WebIt is a "DO NOT" in the current Highway code (Rule 167). I think "DO NOT" has replaced "SHOULD NOT" because rule 165 is "MUST NOT". The non functioning indicator is unusual, the car will claim they indicated as in operated the control, but actually gave no signal. What difference does 70:30 actually make to the rider?
