In a dual-pass radiator, all the ports (with the exception of a drain port if it has one) will be at one end. SpletFor OP, your best to have the top as exhaust to help expel the hot air out of your system. Technically that means you are passing warming air through your radiator and therefore slightly warm CPU temps but you are getting the hot air out which is better overall. The difference in CPU temps because of this isn't really a huge difference.
